New Pass Forms! – The Bureau of Historic Preservation has created a new version of the Pennsylvania Archaeological Site Survey Form. This new form better reflects the kinds of data that BHP wishes to collect, and it is easier to fill out. New instructions are also provided in “Some Help for the New PASS Form.”
