The Society for Pennsylvania Archaeology is governed by an elected Board of Directors and officers who serve the Society in accordance with its constitution and bylaws. Board members and officers are volunteers drawn from the Society’s membership and represent a range of professional backgrounds and experiences within archaeology, heritage management, and a variety of other fields.

Together, the Board and officers provide oversight of the Society’s programs, finances, and long-term direction, ensuring that SPA continues to fulfill its mission in an ethical, transparent, and responsible manner.
