Annual Field Trip Registration Form

To attend the SPA Annual Field Trip, participants must:

  1. Complete the registration form below
  2. Submit the $450 registration fee

A separate registration form must be completed for each participant, even if you are traveling together or one person is submitting payment for multiple participants.

Both the registration form and payment must be completed by May 30, 2026.

Payment does not need to be made at the same time as registration, but your spot is not confirmed until both are received.

Transportation Plans
Participants from Western Pennsylvania may choose to ride the chartered bus departing from New Stanton. Final bus details will be shared after registration closes.
If yes, list their names so we can group reservations.
Please list any dietary restrictions for bag lunches.
